Kelvin currently serves as corporate manager for employee and labor relations at Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) where he supports the organization’s 20,000+ employee workforce. He also serves on DFA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board and helps champion equitable workplace/management practices and provides guidance on adherence to employment/labor laws. Kelvin obtained his Doctor of Laws (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from UMKC School of Law as well as Master of Public Affairs (MPA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees from Park University. Also holding a Law degree from Nigeria, Kelvin remains active in the legal community in Africa where he partners with non-profit organizations to provide Pro-Bono legal services to wrongfully incarcerated and marginalized persons.
For Kelvin, the IRC matters because he believes that its mission of highlighting the connection of global affairs to the local community is more important today than at any other time in our history and understands the importance of dialogue and consideration in driving this goal for our collective success.
