Since her early military retirement in 2013, her work has focused on supporting people and organizations through complex transitions and navigating change.
As a facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant, Emma’s roles have included 1:1 support for students and career transitioners, as well as program and organizational development for human and operational systems for public, corporate, and private clients.
As a first-generation Filipino-American with nearly 18 years of military service, Emma loves exploring new ideas (social, business, or philosophical) and is eager to learn about different cultures, people, languages, and worldviews.
For Emma, IRC offers excellent opportunities for improving international cultural awareness, which everyone should have. Through her participation and support, she aims to enhance awareness and understanding of the relevance of cultural matters within her sphere of influence, primarily the ecosystem interactions between corporate and community organizations in serving a purpose of full-spectrum flourishing.
