We're in the middle of an inspiring week of programs, and we'd love to have you join us on Zoom. Big thanks to our presenters on Turkish cuisine and international flag design. Tonight you can start learning Italian, tomorrow you can discuss political movements, and on Friday you can learn about careers in global child development. Do check out the next selections for the IRC Book Club and International Film Club, as well. What an incredible international community we have in Kansas City!

As we prepare for a robust fall lineup, we are looking to add to our team – and we'd love your help in sharing the word! We're accepting applications for a part-time event assistant position through this Friday,July 10. We have a limited number of remote internships available for the fall semester, as well. We appreciate your sharing with individuals you know who might be interested.

The IRC takes pride in being a community and, as often as we're able, being present in the community. These last few months haven't made that easy, but we're heartily grateful for all the ways you have stayed in touch, journeyed with us through a transition to digital, and are helping us prepare for meaningful conversations in the weeks and months ahead. Don't hesitate to drop a line if you have an idea to share. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Matthew Hughes, Executive Director• 816-897-6474
