Linda Trout joined the IRC as Executive Director in December of 2004. She is an attorney and has practiced law in Johnson County. Linda served as the Director of Career Services at UMKC Law School for nine years.

Sarah is a 2006 graduate of William Jewell College (BA, Communications). She is interested in the intersection of education and non-profit organizations and has spent the last year teaching English as a second language in Samcheonpo, South Korea.
